How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps within 5 days of receiving your order:

Our Exchange Process

Once we've reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we'll immediately arrange for a courier to pick up the incorrect item at no cost to you. As soon as the pickup is scheduled, we will ship out the correct item so you can receive it as quickly as possible.

Important: We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect. We cannot process exchanges for a change of mind or for reasons outside of this policy.
